Nice GPU...what games you want to play?Hey guys I finally got my new gpu and i just wanted to hear from you guys what I would not be able to play and what games you recommend me playing??Thanks
I think FXAA doesn't have much impact on FPS considering other AA options. Disabling AA makes the game look weird xD At least for meSometimes gotta disable anti aa

Is AMD hardware good compared to nvidia?
hmmm i see. As far as nvidia goes, their support of drivers is good but its most of the time broken or does some crap and screws the pc. They keep pumping drivers out but useless as i remember the days where drivers improved performance and were specifically for that. Also, nvidia only care about newer cards and give importance in marketing than taking care of customers. Guess both have downsides.Well i don't have an nvidia card, but i must say i am not completely happy with my AMD card. The performance is there, my current card even tho its old it still runs all the new games at 1080p on at least High settings with no problems. But it randomly restarts when i play older games which run at 120+FPS especially CoD games, cause those run at like 1000FPS on my PC lol. The driver sometimes fails, which means i gotta restart my game, or sometimes it completely freezes and i gotta restart the PC. This also isn't my first AMD card, its more like my 5th AMD card, and i really am looking to buy an Nvidia card now. Waiting for new AMD cards to come out i think this year, so the price drops a little bit on nVidia GTX 1060's or 1070's cause those are my candidates.
I've been a hardcore AMD fan for decade, but i just had it with random sh*t from them and their partners lol Hope i don't have these issues when i switch to the Green team.
PS: My worst experience was a brand new AMD card from Sapphire a few years ago, i had it for maybe 3 months and it died while i was watching a youtube video. My screen simply went black and i couldnt do anything, after changing my PSU cause i thought that was the problem, i swapped out a CPU to see if that was the issue, cause i didn't think my brand new card would die like that. But it turned out i was wrong xD
In my opinion @Hary I actually like AMD more. I've had both of them but i just have far less problems with AMD plus AMD has Freesync and IFinity support so yeah, for me it's AMD all the way! Plus you get more Bitcoin mining done with an AMD cardI realize now while snooping around on the forum that i never came back to this thread!! Don't know how i could have missed it

hmmm. I would agree on some positive points from amd.i feel like nvidia are just greedy idiots sometimes. they don't care about thier customers and force them to move on to their new hardware. a good eg would be the "lie" which they told about giving dx12 support to fermi gpus through drivers. In my opinion @Hary I actually like AMD more. Nvidia are money bangersNoiiice one u got there but I'm still vid nvidia....![]()
Nvidia are cheeky. They do what's best for marketing than what's best for customers. For example they promised to DX12 support through drivers for the fermi series but no support and they ditched it even thought the architecture DOES support it. Nvidia are great in customer support BUT ONLY when you have their latest gpu every year.Still with Nvidia![]()
