He sometimes doesn't use hacks.But name is the same.He somehow finds a way to change his guid.

Yeap.There's always a loophole somewhere for everything hary.And they'll find it eventually.Its only a matter of time before they find it,including finding a way to crack whatever the hell the game creators make to stop video gaming piracy

there is no stoping that guy its a hack and when they enject it changes there name to mw2player

Does ban work like that? Only GUID? I found some programs on the internet which help you change GUID, but it also could be that his GUID changes automatically just like with my MW3...so if I hacked, I could'nt get banned either

It's not only one player.
As @FragsAreUs said it's a hack which probably changes your name to MW2Player automaticly, GUID/XUID spoofer/randomizer probably included. I am sure it's not only used by one player. Just ban those guys who are hacking and using this name.

Next time provide the @ID by using !lookup <player> or !leveltest <player>. This will help us much more, especially in this case.
