If I understand it right, you are interested in joining us because you want to improve your gaming skills ? That's fine, but just to let you know, gaming skill is not really important here. Activity and communication is way more important as we are not only for playing but also for getting into communication

You should improve the answers of these two questions a bit more, especially the second one because the current look of your application is quite weak.
For example, you should explain in what way you can and want to help us.
