Kindly remember one thing,we don't give admin ship for the sake of just clearing the server ,for that u can call a admin through discord or by doing !report or by reporting them on website.

depends according to what time zone u are in ,at what time ,cuz in my timezone,most of the admins are available from 6:00 pm to 6:am,next 12 hours few admins are online
,all depends upon your timezone,still i have never saw u using !report command!
