Hmm, as you said, it was working before. You said you didn't do any changes apart from upgrading to win10. So it's pretty weird, that it's not working by making a fresh install of win10 / win7 after formatting the drive.

Try reinstalling the game then --> Use the files which you can find in the gaming guide "How to Install MW3" on our Forum. Use Steam files as base. Make sure to not add any other sh*t to your game files than the things mentioned in this guide.

Apart from that what comes to my mind: Bios reset.

Still there is no clear solution or reason found for that issue...

But the ID in the teknogods.ini has nothing to do with GUID on b3..

I have the same problem...for me I tried like a thousand times reinstalling but it didn't work. I always lose previous GUID and thus level on servers.

Here is how to bypass this problem:

1. Connect to servers once
2. Go to your Echelon Web Account
3. Search for your last connection
4. Set your level to "full admin" ---> not "senior admin"!! Senior Admin == Advisors
5. Reconnect to servers and you should have admin priviledges

Make sure you set only your level! ;)

As an exception I allowed @WatchMiltan to set his own level when he lost it because he is facing this problem since ever and he couldn't fix it, and it would be difficult to wait for a Leader to set his level daily.
As I trust you both for that matter, there would be no problem for me to grant you that exception too, if you can't fix it.
But yea, be careful..

To be honest I never asked you if I could set my own level on Echelon...sorry for that.

Hence I would like to thank you :) Greatly appreciated!

We had some "long" conversations about this changing-issue.. And I can remember that you asked me if that's okay.

Thank you very much for trusting me, I prefer setting my level on echelon each time my guide change it would be better than bothering higher admins each time you know :(

Happened to me, but i solved it with a format a reinstalation from trusted sources (win10+tekno).
Happens to many players also.

from teknogods i found this...

HWID is generated using the same old ZwGetSystemFirmwareTable() that does CRCs ( Not actual CRC but pseudo using a custom lookup table ) on BIOS information returned.
Unless you're using an unbanner or are installing new hardware or major system updates, it should never change.

GUID is stored in your TeknoMW3.ini file. If you changed it ( or deleted it ) then clearly it'll revoke your access.

You'll need to find out which one is changing before you attempt anything further."

I think i can conclude
Its not GUID or IP issue. Your HWID is changing. Stop using unbanner :p

Yea, the HWID is changing, that's what WatchMiltan and me figured out with a command, I think on SATm, which displays HWID and GUID, however the GUID by SATm is not the same as the one which b3 generates. That SATm GUID always kept the same for him.

Hmmm that is bad
change than b3 xD
Even with SATm which uses another kind of GUID than b3 (which is based on the ID of the teknogods.ini according to the tekno admin) WatchMiltan had that issue because SATm is obviouly also using the HWID to identify you which is the changing thing.
There seems to be a relation between HWID and b3 GUID too.

Seems like it shouldn't change of course, but it's doing, and I am sure that not only hacks can be the reason. Also I think it was Hans Krebs, another Tekno Admin, who mentioned anywhere that he hopes to get the HWID thing more stable in further releases like using another method to generate it because a few guys are facing this problem

for me, changing GUID/HWID is not that hard to understand. Strange is members loosing @IDs here and on other servers they don't change @ID. Why this happens? cz some use b3 others ue SATm?

You mean the b3 @ID, database ID ?
Because HWID is changing -> b3 GUID is changing -> @ID, database ID, is changing.

I dont know what other servers are using, but it would be the same in SATm. There is the same issue on SATm. WatchMiltan and me talked about his issue even during the time we used SATm.

Maybe the servers which you mean only uses the teknogods.ini ID to recognize people which is pretty insecure because you could change it easily all the time on your own.

I know but don't use SAT or SATm
Use DGAdmin
There have command that saving rank even when changes ID :D
And its best script atm
