we acomplished the cw with WE clan. But unfortunatly we were getting our server regulary down, witch turned harder to conclude others that was planed.
Now that servers are more stable maybe we can do it

Maybe create a clan war request form which other clans can fill out and request 3 different dates and times, or something like this. So you don't have to discuss over and over again, which time/server/members etc.
