I don't think that he is hacking...Must be a B3 realted issue. Never happened to me, but I never usually do !kick, so next time just warn him 3 times or !tempban him for 6 minutes (if he keeps camping after telling him to stop it)

I warn him 4 times then console told me he is out but he stil playing si i try to kick him and nothing
