Is your laptop facing over heating problems? cuz that might be the only reason for a laptop to shutdown when plugged in; and when using on battery it will work as normal. Try cleaning your vents, replacing cooling paste or your mobo is fried because of overload.

Im guessing it shuts down after you connect the charger and leaving it for like 2-10 mins(depends and varies) And even if you try to turn it on immediately it will shut down again. unless and until you keep it aside for about 5 mins.

Too much current should be the cause. Use some sort of current converter if you're getting high current directly.

I mean like a stabilizer box or a current converter box. i clearly dunno what its called lol but i think there's something to convert high voltage current to the required amount.

Get a voltage stabilizer and connect it to a power strip which powers your rig. My old Motherboard died because of voltage fluctuation
